Terms of sale

General

The following conditions apply to all sales made by our company. No exemption or modification of these conditions shall bind us unless previously approved in writing by an authorized representative.

Ordering

You can place an order through our website, by email, by phone, or directly at the Meleniewska workshop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms of sale. Your order is deemed accepted upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. Orders are normally accepted when:

(a) the products are available (b) the order reflects the current pricing (c) the delivery address is in a country where we can deliver to you (d) your credit or payment card is accepted for the transaction

Pricing and Payment

For orders placed through our website, the shopping cart will display the total price including all fees, taxes, and shipping costs, as well as the chosen payment method, delivery method, and estimated delivery time.

For orders placed by email, by phone, or at the workshop, an order confirmation email will include all these details. Without specific instructions from you at the time of ordering, we will choose the shipping method ourselves and charge the associated costs.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, which prevent, directly or indirectly, hinder, or make production, delivery, or transport unprofitable until such disruption has been resolved (force majeure). These circumstances include difficulties in sourcing raw materials as well as other difficulties and disruptions, including, but not limited to, war, riots, labor disputes, fires, floods, storms, frost, accidents, fuel or electricity shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions to maritime transport, and failures or interruptions of any nature concerning our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.
