Returns and Refunds Policy

Products purchased on our website have a 14-day return period. The return period begins on the day you receive the purchased product.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returned products must be in their original new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You have the right to inspect the product upon delivery.

Return Process

Returns are made by mail. Return shipping costs and the organization of the shipment (return label) are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges. In case of an exchange, return shipping costs are your responsibility and we cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Refunds

We will refund the amount you paid for the product, excluding initial shipping costs. No restocking fees are applied. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions

The above return and refund policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, such as those with initials.
